Code of conduct

All of us at SonataSW are guided by this Code of Conduct and Business Principles, and we expect, all stakeholders, business partners and their employees, as well as third parties, to adhere to in any interaction with our company. The violation of SonataSW’s obligations or commitments under these principles constitutes a breach of contract.

With that in mind, we would like anyone seeing an apparent violation of SonataSW´s guidelines to feel empowered to communicate it to anyone on our team. The best evidence of the effectiveness of sustainability principles is when all people involved feel safe enough to voice their opinions and report their concerns in good faith. Please speak up. We aim for all reports to be investigated as soon as possible and treated confidentially and respectfully.
